The date double wheel system with its own power source is ring-shaped and allows it to be used as an additional complication to machines up to a base diameter of 26.8 mm. 

Setting the date is done either by pressing the correction button or by holding it down when the fast-forward occurs.

The winding of the system is provided by the crown - in the opposite direction to the winding of the escapement. This system was first used in a watch by SERYN WATCHES.
