The cycloidal reducer developed for the peripheral rotor ensures a high gear ratio in a small footprint. The gearbox is 3.5 mm high and contains two cycloidal discs, with a gear ratio of up to 120:1.

The cycloid gearbox is mainly used in robotics. Slow-speed gearing is suitable when reducing the speed of a rotor with a large number of teeth. This system was first used in watches by SERYN WATCHES.
